My Services

Welcome and thank you for visiting! I am Michelle Radcliffe - an experienced educator, NDIS counsellor and professional photographer, based here in Melbourne, Australia. I offer exclusive, personalised tutoring in and around Templestowe as well as via Zoom and FaceTime. Similarly, I offer both private and NDIS counselling to my clients as well as personal coaching online. My photography business is largely focussed on weddings and families but also services corporate clients state-wide. I am a freelance writer in the education sector, and am passionate about educating and empowering tomorrow's leaders. I take portraits for New Humans of Australia, and my personal blog has primarily focussed on food, arts, culture, and travel.

I have worked in schools for over a decade and have a range of specialist tertiary qualifications. My tutoring and educational counselling services can be explored on my Templestowe Tutoring website, along with my professional degrees and teaching experience. I love helping students through educational, social and emotional challenges so that they can experience success and feel a sense of achievement and fulfilment. If you know a young person who could benefit from my time please be in touch.

I jointly run our two photography businesses. With the first, Pause The Moment, we photograph, weddings, birthdays, events and portraits. With the second, Paws The Moment, we follow our special passion for photographing animals and pets. We would love to hear from you if you have an event that needs professional photography or if you would like a portrait session – either for yourself or to give as a gift voucher for a friend or family member.

I write for pleasure and for purpose. My passion for Asian Languages teaching led to my invitation to write curriculum documents for the Digital Teaching & Learning branch of Education Services Australia. This group, funded by the Australian Government Department of Education, employed me to author documents compliant with the Australian Curriculum for their Language Learning Space. If you need education documents, curriculum and support frameworks written, I can help.

About Me

About Me

I am a Melbourne based educator, photographer, NDIS counsellor, and writer. I have worked in schools for over a decade and completed five university degrees, with a focus on developing students' academic potential and wellbeing. My creativity and flexibility has also allowed me to build a thriving photography business.

I love helping my clients overcome challenges. To that end, I tutor students of all ages (from pre-prep numeracy through to adults learning English) through my business, Templestowe Tutoring. Additionally, my counselling and coaching sessions are billed at standard NDIS rates and appointments are readily available via Zoom or FaceTime. My dual photography businesses also keep me busy: Pause The Moment (weddings, birthdays, corporate needs and family portraits) and Paws The Moment (pet photography). For several years, I put my writing and photography skills together on my personal blog Pacific Ginger, which is not currently active but can still be found directly or via Instagram.

Excitingly, I've recently joined the photography team of New Humans of Australia, which, inspired by the iconic Humans of New York, seeks to reduce discrimination towards migrants (especially refugees) by sharing their incredible stories. I love travel and languages and have enjoyed studying Mandarin since my own school days. Having taught primary level Mandarin, I founded and currently administer the Facebook Group "Mandarin Chinese Language Teachers" for those who are teaching Chinese as a Second Language, here and overseas. This group now hosts over 10,000 members. Lastly, I have written a series of curriculum documents for the Digital Teaching & Learning branch of Education Services Australia, which have since been used by teachers around the globe.

Should you need a photographer, a tutor, a counsellor or a writer, please do not hesitate to be in touch.

Thank you for visiting my website.
